What I found when we looked closer
Upper Gwynedd Township covers 8.1 square miles of Montgomery County and completely surrounds North Wales Borough. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Northeast Extension (I-476) runs through it, and Station Square, one of the first transit-oriented developments in the Philadelphia region, sits on its border with Lansdale.
With a borough inside it and busy neighbors around it, many incidents involve another agency.
Following one report through the building
The first thing we do with a new department is trace where a report goes after the officer hits submit. Here, it passes through 3 hands:
